Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your email box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email box to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just select the mailbox account you want to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
